1. ผู้พิการสามารถเข้ารับบริการได้ที่เคาน์เตอร์ที่มีสัญลักษณ์ผู้พิการ
Physically-challenged person may receive the service at a counter with disability sign.
2. ยกเว้นระบบจ่ายรางวัลไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติและสลากที่ไม่สามารถอ่านรหัสแท่ง(Barcode) ได้ จะใช้เวลามากกว่าที่ระบุไว้
The service may require more time when encountering a prize payment system breakdown and a barcode on a lottery ticket cannot be read.
3. ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการให้บริการไม่รวมเวลาในการรอคอย, ตรวจนับจำนวนสลาก และสลากมีปัญหา (พิสูจน์ / ชำรุด / อายัด)
The indicated time duration for service does not include waiting time, lottery ticket counting and relevant lottery ticket matters (verification process / damaged lottery ticket issues / the seizing of lottery tickets).
4. การจ่ายรางวัลสำหรับสลาก 1 ฉบับ เวลาที่ใช้ในการให้บริการ น้อยกว่าเวลาที่กำหนด
Prize payment for one ticket may spend less time than the indicated time duration for service.

2. เปิดให้บริการทุกวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ (เว้นวันหยุดราชการและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) (ไม่หยุดพักกลางวัน)
- ผู้รับซื้อรางวัล เปิดให้บริการเวลา 08.30 น. -14.30 น.
- ประชาชน เปิดให้บริการเวลา 08.30 น. -15.00 น.
Office hours : Monday to Friday (Except office holiday and national holiday) (No lunch break)
- For agents : 08.30 am - 02.30 pm
- For general customers : 08.30 am - 03.00 pm

3. การจ่ายรางวัลไม่เกิน 20,000 บาท จ่ายรางวัลเป็นเงินสด โดยท่านต้องชำระค่าอากรแสตมป์/ภาษีก่อนรับรางวัล
If the prize money is 20,000 baht or less, the prize money will be paid in cash. The duty/tax must be paid before receiving the prize in full amount. 4.การจ่ายรางวัลเกินกว่า 20,000 บาท จ่ายรางวัลเป็นเช็คธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สาขาสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล โดยหักค่าอากรแสตมป์/ภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว

4. If the prize money is over 20,000 baht, the prize money will be paid in form of check of Krungthai Bank (the Government Lottery Office branch). The prize amount is NETT.
